Begur is the ideal place for switching off and enjoying a few days of peace and quiet. Located in the middle of the Costa Brava, Begur is characterised for being located well away from the masses of tourists and by maintaining the natural charm of the towns on the Mediterranean coast.
You can enjoy as many as eight charming beaches and coves in Begur. Some of them are hidden among pine trees and rocks, but all of them have their own particular appeal. Make the most of your stay at Càmping Begur and discover the emblematic beaches of Aiguablava, Sa Tuna and Sa Riera, the secluded Fonda Beach and the Aiguafreda Cove.
Enjoy an experience that will make you want to come back for more
At Càmping Begur we offer you a wide range of facilities and services to satisfy the whole family. We organise activities specially designed for kids, so that they can have fun while they interact with the environment. But you’ll also find services and activities designed for you.
We have two large outdoor pools at the campsite, both surrounded by lawns and shaded areas. One of the pools is heated and the other is a saltwater spa-pool. The pools are definitely the favourite place for both children and grown-ups. You can enjoy yourself here without foregoing the peace and quiet.
You can also play lots of sports at Càmping Begur!
We provide a wide range of recreational and sports facilities to enable you to spend your time playing your favourite sports. We have a sand court where you can play beach volleyball and beach football. You will also find a basketball court with a basketball net. If you prefer table tennis, don’t worry, because we have three tables at the campsite!
If you are one of those people who don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to keep fit, at Càmping Begur we have a fitness centre with several machines: stationary bikes, weights and machines for abs and steps.
Enjoy good food without leaving the campsite
You’ll find a snack bar/take-away establishment and a restaurant at the campsite. You can have lunch or dinner at a table or enjoy an aperitif or drink on the terrace beside the pool. There is also music on the terrace at specific times.
You’ll also find up to 27 charcoal barbecues spread over the campsite which you can use to cook your favourite grilled meals.
And for the little ones: play areas and a farmyard with animals
We have a play area with slides, swings and seesaws.
At Càmping Begur we love farm animals, which is why we have a farmyard with chickens, donkeys and ducks. We organise activities so that the little ones can get to know the animals and feed them.
A campsite in perfect harmony with nature
We were the first campsite in Europe to obtain the Biosphere Tourism certificate, guaranteeing that we’re committed to responsible and sustainable tourism in terms of the environment, the region and society. We love Begur, its beaches, its people and the forest which surrounds us.
